Auction – Sunday April 13th @ 3:00pm
This event is totally created for the artist, which wants to share, learn & excel in chainsaw sculpture/carving, in a non-competitive atmosphere! All artists will have 5 days to create at least one & up to 5 main pieces. Four speed carves will take place over the week. All sculptures will be auctioned on the Sunday afternoon with each carver receiving 75% of what their pieces of artwork bring in.
Come & see the excitement of 30+ sculptors/carvers creating their works of art before your eyes!
There will be a 1 hour speed carve on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & a ˝ “Fun for the Kids” speed carve on Sunday @ 1:30 pm. 30+ sculptors at a time will start their saws & do some high speed creations. All sculptors will complete at least 1 & up to 5 main pieces over the duration of the 5 days. All artwork created during the event will be available for the public to bid upon at the auction on Sunday, April 13th.
We ask the public to please come out & support the event & artists to help make this event an Annual Reality!
We have sculptors/carvers that have verified their attendance to this upcoming event from Czech Republic, UK, Slovakia, Ecuador, Poland, Germany, Austria, Japan, Philippines as well as the USA & Canada!
